Q. HOW LONG WOULD IT TAKE TO FIX MY APPLIANCE?

A. Our service vans are filled with parts from leading manufacturers and also have the necessary equipment to fix your appliance in the initial visit itself. 95% of all our repairs get over the same day that we are called. However, on the off chance that we may have to be back at a later day to complete the repair, no extra fee will be charged.

Q. HOW QUICK CAN YOU COME FOR THE REPAIR?

A. There is a time window provided for each appointment. It is of 2-3 hours long. We realize that the time of our customers is very precious and for this reason, our workers try to reach you at the beginning of this window itself. However sometimes due to unavoidable reasons or due to the previous repair taking longer than expected, our workers may be delayed. This window still provides them enough time to reach your doorstep on time. A call is also made 10 or 15 minutes before our worker reaching you.
